When making a reservation decide which lodging and meeting facilities would best suit your needs. Then call the camp office to check availability at (308) 632-5705. Once details have been agreed upon, you will be mailed a contract.

Look over your contract carefully when you receive it. Sign the contract and return it. We will contact you to confirm that we have received your contract and deposit.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! The reservation is now firm. For any changes contact the camp. 50% of your total cost is due 60 days prior to arrival. The remainder of your balance is due before departure.
