When Making reservations, decide which
lodging and meeting facilities are best. Then check
availability, once we have agreed on details you will
be mailed a contract. Please remember that all deposits are non-refundable. Twenty percent of your total cost is due down to save the date. Another 30 percent of your total cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
The remainder of your balance is due prior to departure.
