Meeting Areas Available at Trails West YMCA Camp

The Trails West Camp has a place for all your meeting needs!
The Trails West Pavilion can seat up to 300 people. It is great for large group gatherings and chairs or picnic tables will be set up for your group.
The Kiwanis Lodge will seat up to 130 people. A full kitchen with range, microwave and refrigerator is available. Heating and air conditioning is also available with fireplace.
The Jane Fliesbach Retreat Center will seat up to 120 people. A full kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator and ice maker is available. The center is heated and air conditioned and has a gas fireplace.
Gordon Schaub Activity Center: The perfect place for a small gathering of 40 people. The recently finished crafts building is a second-floor room with a majestic view of the entire camp.

Lodging available at the Trails West YMCA Camp
The Jane Fliesbach Retreat Center: Each sleeping room contains a queen-sized bed and two bunk beds. Separate showers and restrooms are also available. High speed internet is accessible.
The Family Cabin: Our family suite offers high-quality accommodations, along with a full kitchen. Two queen-sized beds plus couches that fold out into beds are available.
Bunk Cabins: While not as luxurious as our retreat center accommodations at the bunk cabins off lodging at bargain price. Each unit has six bunk beds. Linens are not provided.

When Making reservations, decide which lodging and meeting facilities are best. Then check availability, once we have agreed on details you will be mailed a contract. Please remember that all deposits are non-refundable. Twenty percent of your total cost is due down to save the date. Another 30 percent of your total cost is due 60 days prior to arrival. The remainder of your balance is due prior to departure.
